1992  ZUSN was established in 1992, involved in sales of personal computer in local market. Became system integrator and distributor, started computer Import-Export , trading and consulting business.

1994  Opened computer shops in Taipei downtown and started assembly lines to produce computer   accessories and parts for OEM/ODM customers.

1996  Long-term contract with three subcontract factories, which were available in Taipei  county,TaoYuan county and China. Enough capacity to fulfill various requirements of worldwide clients.

1998  Became the biggest distributor of SYNNEX/Leme l PC at Tatung District. Invested another associated companies, YC Insurance Co., LTD and Shan Da Machine Co. Ltd.

2000  Opened office and cooperated with LOGICMART Inc. in L.A.,local support to USA customers.
